By using Little Lotus, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of App

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• use the app for personal, lawful purposes
• not misuse or interfere with the service

3. No Medical Advice

Little Lotus is a tracking tool only.

It does not:

• provide diagnoses
• provide treatment recommendations
• replace medical professionals

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• interpreting data
• medical decisions
• medication usage

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “AS IS” and Cassandra Rasmussen is not liable for health outcomes, data inaccuracies, or missed or incorrect entries.

6. Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy of entered data or the completeness of records.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase and other services. We are not responsible for third-party failures.

8. Termination

We may suspend access if terms are violated.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
